Comprehensive Price History

The Comprehensive Price History File provides complete product price history, starting at the time the product was first entered into the Medi-Span® system, and supports the comprehensive analysis of drug prices over time. Includes all price fields in Medi-Span’s Master Drug Data Base® for all National Drug Codes since the early 1980s, specifically:

• Average Wholesale Pricing (AWP)
• Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC) (on or after January 1, 1993)
• Direct Price (DP)
• Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Federal Upper Limits (CMS FUL)
• Prices greater than $10,000 for both the package and the unit
